What Does A Lump In The Right Side Of Neck Which Gets Big After Eating And Is Not Visible Mean?

i noticed a lump on the right side of my neck near the jawline towards the chin area. It seemed to only get large when i ate something. It has gone down but i still feel the lump but you can not visibly see it. Should i b concerned or is this an effection.

hello. you dont have to be concerned, but you still have to get it checked, it is likely that you submandibular salivary sland duct has become blocked and needs to be evaluated. please meet your ENT doctor as soon as possible. thanks
