have a lump in upper right abdominal area since 2/11/17 cat scan w/o contrast 2/14/17 no visible, though clearly sticking out of my body no diagnosis 2/17/17 3rd opinion don diagnosis Spigelian hernia 2/22/17 surgery to repair, but only discover a hematoma 2/28/17 follow up order cat scan with contrast, normal, still sticking out from my body 3/5/17 4th opinion order MRI 3/6/17 MRI shows normal . lump still sticking out. constant steady pain between a 6 and an 8. 3/8/17 orders are one doc, take Tylenol, other doc states take ibuprofen. follow up with primary care and 4th doc agree 800 mg ibuprofen 3 times a day for 3 days for swelling, 3/13/17 day 4 of straight ibuprofen alternating between heat and ice - still in pain and still swollen.
