What Does A Lump In The Vagina Indicate?

While getting a shower to day I felt a knot or tumor on the right side of my vaginal wall that protruded toward the pelvis bone not toward the vaginal canal. I am estimated it is about 3/4 to 1 diameter. What does it sound like it could be and how serious? I have had a history of fibroid issues and had a Myomectomy in 1999, I was in pain with the fibroids but this tumor or cyst feels hard. but no pain I did not know it was there until I was taking a shower today and felt it. Hi, I think it can be a bartholin cyst, but it can be confirmed only by examination . So, get yourself evaluated by a gynecologist. If it is a bartholin cyst, it may need surgery like marsupialization or excision
