What Does A Lump In The Vagina Indicate?

Usually I see my period on the 1st of every month but this month I saw it on the 4th and in as much as I suspected to be pregnant and expected a light flow...it was normal and flowed for 6days as usual. After my period I usually check around the walls of my vagina to notice anything unusual...I noticed an internal hard bump on the upper wall of my vagina which comes out and goes in occasionally. I also noticed my belly button pulling especially after a meal. I felt strange and decided to run pregnancy test and both blood and urine came out negative. I went for an ultrasound yesterday and it showed a sac like thing with a heart beat around my belly button. Am I pregnant or what should I do next

Hi,

When both blood and urine pregnancy tests were negative and you had a normal menstrual flow, which stopped automatically, I see a very less chance of pregnancy.
Heart beats are seen in USG not earlier than 7 weeks of pregnancy, you should repeat the ish scan after a week to confirm the findings.
