What Does A Lump Of Flesh Hanging From Vaginal Opening Suggest?

Hi. I have been diagnosted with fibrod in my uterus of more than 7cm diameter a few month back. Today, after 6 days of excruciating pain during my menstrual cycle, I noticed a lump of flesh hanging down from my vaginal opening. What is the probable cause of this and how should it be treated?

I really appreciate your concern, what you have noticed it may not be fibroid but it could be something else could be vaginal swelling part, actually clinical examination is must to know this so better to get done it, but this may not to worry, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
