What Does A Lump On Clitoris Indicate?

Over the weekend I had a pea sized hard lump appear to the left of my clitiris. It is beneath the skin, has no noticable black or white head on top of the skin, and I cannot pinch the skin on top without grabbing the lump. Over the last two days, the lump has grown in size to a small grape. It only hurts a little if I push directly on it. I have gotten lumps/abscesses underneath my armpits before, but never in my vagina. I fully shave down there, and I m beginning my period as well if that helps. What is it? Thank you.

Hi.

Suspecting a Bartholin's cyst which is a cyst developing in the Bartholin's gland that is responsible for production of lubrication that coats the vagina. i would only recommend a warm compress to be applied over the region several times a day by placing a clean cloth over the region; and keeping the region dry and clean at all times. Avoid friction and also avoid shaving the region for a while. Write to me using our premium service for further guidance.

Best wishes.
