Hello,

Your symptoms may be suggestive of cyst, tumor, osteoma, frontal sinusitis, pots puffy tumor. You are suggested to get clinically examined by a local doctor, so hat blood tests, imaging tests (CT / MRI. X-ray, etc.) and required investigations can be done. When the pathology is detected the treatment will be started without delay.

In the meantime, avoid taking food that triggers migraine. Avoid undue exposure to direct sunlight, stay away from pollutants, do not take oily spicy food that causes gas or acidity. Stay away from stress and take adequate sleep at night (eight hours) and stay adequately hydrated. Dehydration also triggers migraine. For relief, you can take Triptans, after food.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
