What Does A Lump On Pelvic Region Suggest?

My partner has a hard lump on his bum cheek that has been there for years It doesn t cause him pain It s under the skin , probably the size of half a tennis ball The only thing he has ever thought it could be is from an accident when he was younger he got hit by a car and remembers hurting his butt cheek . Do you think this could be possible ? I keep telling him he should get it checked

It could be a Lipoma of fat growth. Get an Ultrasound to confirm. Nothing to worry. It occurs commonly after trauma.
