What Does A Lump On The Anus Indicate?

Hello,I have a lump on my anus. For the past few year,it comes and goes. Painful for the first 4 days and it stops from hurting but just stays there until it disappears. But this time it took a bit longer and I am getting a bit worried that it might be anal cancer.

Hi, I think it can be piles. Get yourself examined by a surgeon to confirm the diagnosis. If it is painful, it may need a surgical procedure for treatment.
