What Does A Lump On The Armpit Indicate?

Hi, I found a lump on my arm pit around the upper part by my bicep. I get radon burn a lot but at first I thought it was just that but now it s a lump and like a small ball underneath. Only hurts when squeeze but when it is puss and blood comes out. Could it just be a sweat gland that s inflammed?
