What Does A Lump On The Bottom Of The Skull Indicate?

I have a hard painless lump on the backside bottom of my head/skull. It feels like its part of the skull but I just noticed it now and I am pretty sure it was not there before. What could this be? Should I be concerned?Am scared of this and its not movable?please clarify Sir

hi, it may be osteoma of skull. it is hard, not mobile because it originated from skull bone. CT skull is useful for diagnosis. you consult orthopedic surgeon. if there is no other symptoms Like tingling and numbness so it is good sign for you. thank you. regards.
