What Does A Lump On The Forehead Indicate?

Hi i have a lump in the middle of my forehead its squishy and if i press on it it moves not far but does move when i take my finger off it goes back to where it was i saw a doctor for it and he said to wait for a couple months and go back i had it 2months before i saw a doctor and now its been 5months and its still there and gotten bigger and sore when u touch it kind feels like its got fluid in it wanna know what it could be and what i can do to figure out what it is and hopefully get a cure for it please help me
