Hi,
A lump on upper arm can be due to dermato fibroma, neuro fibroma, epidermoid cyst, kerato acanthoma, folliculitis, keloid etc. Consult a dermatologist for further evaluation and treatment accordingly. Doctor may ask you for biopsy of the lump.
Take care of him, bye.
