What Does A Lump On The Right Shoulder Indicate?
Hi there! This is my first time to contact you. I just noticed (or rather my daughter noticed) a pointed knob right on top of my right shoulder. There is a similar knob on the other one but not nearly as pronounced. There is absolutely no pain, but it is really noticeable so wondering what to do about it.

your explanations are suggestive more likely to be a lipoma. As most of the lipoma are non painful, fluctuant, non purulent swelling.
on many occasions, it would be asymptomatic. you can visit a general surgeon and ask his look opinion, whether it is to be removed or not.
