What Does A Lump On The Right Side Of The Clitoris Indicate?

I have a lump on the right side of my clit good, it s very large, and doesn t look like a pimple or a cyst, it s painful and it s very hard kind of like a pebble, it comes and goes but it shows up mostly after I have sex, what is it and how can I get rid of it?

Best possibly diagnosis as per history looks lika viral wart. It becomes prominent during sex-this is due to its typical location (Clit). You have to do a electric cautery/ laser cautery to remove the same.
