What Does A Lump On The Right Side Of The Head Indicate?

hello I received some recent head trauma and loss of memory about the event and afterwords as well. I know I woke up with a big bump on the right side of my head and some cuts and bumps on the back as well. I have been having a lot of pain in the back of my head near my spine of late and have been getting really dizzy by sitting up. I also have some trouble remembering some details when I am talking with my friends and space out at times as well.
