What Does A Lump On The Temple Along With Severe Headache Indicate?

I have just recently been diagnosed with HS by my dermotologist. I now have a marble-sized lump on my left temple and have been recently experiencing debilitating headaches, mood swings and erratic facial twitching. I even feel like my speech become slurred at times. the symptoms seem to increase gradually throughout the day...something is wrong!

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

* As per my clinical experience, the current presentation suggests the lump on temple is soft tissue lesion as sebaceous cyst, dermoid or others.
* So far as head ache, mood swings, facial twitch are concerned that sounds to be psychological from underlying anxiety, rather than any other grave issue. Wish this information will help you. Do feel free to ask further doubts.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
