What Does A Lump On The Thigh Indicate?

I have a lump on my thigh that comes and goes but doesn t go completely. Coloring is lite pink to redish, Today it is rather tender. It is not directly under my to skin. Don t know what yo think. Also have not had any trauma to the area. Also I weigh about 300 lbs.

I really appreciate your concern, it may be lymph node abscess if have inflammation it needs to be kept under observation for formation of abscess, till then if it is painful or have some inflammation then it can be managed with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
