What Does A Lump On The Xiphoid Process Indicate?

I cracked the last rib on my lower right side a few years ago. The other day I noticed a hard round, dime sized lump at the very end of the xiphoid process. It doesn t bother me physically, but mentally it just gets on my nreves and I want it gone. How do I get rid of it?

no treatment is required. strapping may have to be done and take mri consult orthopaedic surgeon for examination and advise on treatment. itwill heal by its own.use hard bed avoid injury and pressure onit.
