Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
while i was having a bath and doing my daily test on my breast i noticed that under my arm at the left side of the breast i have like a small cyst. i went to my gynegologist and she sent me for an ultra sound. she said that there is nothing to worry about. it has fluid in it. few months ago i had a muscle pain at the same side. now at the same point this week i found that i have like a small cyst. sometimes i feel pain in it and sometimes not. i am still worried. 10x
If it is a cystic lesion then don't worry. Get try for tap the fluid then sent it for analysis of malignant cells or pus cells and microscopy.
Also, check for axillary lymph node enlargement us there or not. Don't worry you have anxiety part more than the problem.
Still, you have repeated infections or pain in the arm means you may consult your gynaecologist/ general surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
