What Does A Lump Under The Penis Skin Indicate?
Hi, four days ago I was masturbating quite rigorously, but did not realize it at the time. I developed a sore area the next day where the scrotum meets the base of the penis. Yesterday, I noticed a lump there. It is sore when touching it, but not really painful.It's roughly the size of a pea or smaller.It's located under the skin and not noticeable unless the skin is pushed toward the shaft and brought taught.What might be happening? Should I be concerned?

Of course you need to be concerned and please control your emotions during masturbating It's your own penis.
Looking at present condition you might have injured your penis during the action if it was healthy previously.
In my opinion you should keep it clean and apply any antiseptic ointment
Application of hot packs will help in healing
Be careful you do it next time
If it doesn't improve or gets worsen than you must see your doctor for physical check up and a course of antibiotics if need be.
