What Does A Lump Under The Right Nipple Indicate?

I am a 21 year old male, no injuries. I noticed a lump under my right nipple. It does not hurt and it is not necessarily hard and not really soft. Kind of like a grape. No pain, no swelling, no dimpling, no redness, no discharge. Doctor said it is nothing to worry about and to stop touching it.
