My doctor found a mass in my gestational sac about a centimeter long. She confirmed that it is a viable pregnancy. She mentioned that it s possible that it is just a blood clot but could be something more. What are the possibilities that this pregnancy will go full term? And what are my risks?

Hello Welcome to HCM I understand your concerns.Your ultrasound report suggests that it is still early pregnancy less then 6 weeks. You need to undergo another scan at 8-9 weeks to confirm the viability of pregnancy.
Cardiac activity of the fetus will start around this time. So,this scan will be confirmatory about the viability of the fetus.
So,be calm and relaxed wait till 9 weeks for the confirmation. Hope you are happy with the answer.
Thank you
