What Does A Mass On The Pancreas Indicate?

Found mass on head of pancreas 5cmx2in so far I’m akways nauseated and cannot eat food for the last 4 months only on liquids and still the nausea is awful. If I try to eat rarely I can’t get anything to come up and if anything does come up it’s black specs I am very pale and sunken in under my eyes. Lost about 45 pounds in the last 3 months. My bowel movements are like mashed potatoes stuck to bowl or very very little comes out and the smell is awful and smells like chemicals ..had 2 doctors tell me I had pancreas cancer and then had 1 radiologist say no it’s not cancer ..I don’t feel right and feel very off and sick all the time. When I was 24 I had thyroid cancer got that taken out but the root was left in due to complications.. we r waiting for a Gi specialist but not sure how much more I can take as this has been going on long enough ... my exhaustion is awful and all I wanna do is sleep.
