Hello everybody,I have an xray result saying I have a mild prominence of the cardiomediastinal silhoutte and i dont quite understand what it is can you give me some inputs about it and one more i would like to know how bad it is.thank you so much

it may be pericardial defect.the defect may be suspected because of an anomaly in the position of the heart or abnormal mobility of heart.
consult cardiologist to get detail information about it.
