What Does A Movable Lump On Left Side Of Neck Indicate?
I have a movable lump on the left side of my neck. Apprear two days ago, first day no pain by the end of the 2nd day it very painful. Doc has prescribed antibiotic. Hopefully it s just an infection, if not they will start testing. Any ideas what I could be... the not knowing if awful.

This sounds like an infected sebaceous cyst--totally benign, and, by the way, cancer doesn't pop up that quickly and it isn't tender or painful.
