What Does A Negative STD Test Report Indicate?

Hi I just wanna ask, if you get tested by std and you are negative, does it mean you are free from any sex diseases? Or it has to be tested one by one depends on your concern? If you get what i mean doc? For example i get tested with syphilis, is it gonna tell aswell if im infected to other stds?

Hello,

STD is a very large variety of diseases caused by many different bacteria and viruses and parasites, and the only thing they have in common is the way of transmission. The doctor suspects the kind of infection, you may suffer and does the specific test or you do the examination for most probable infections.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
