What Does A Nodule In The Stomach Indicate?

I smoke marijuana and tobacco together in a popper shaft, through a water bong. My friend smokes ALOT and has been diagnosed with a stomach nodule, along with losing 40lbs in 4 months, Sound familiar? I have a loss in appetite and I’ve lost 20lbs in 7 months, and suffer chronic, never painful, half-digested/diarrhea. This is the cause isn’t it after 1 year isn’t it?
