What Does A Numb Spot On The Shoulder, Which Itches Occasionally, Indicate?

I have a spot on my right shoulder in the front a little smaller than the size of an egg that is numb but also sometimes I get itching on the area, but it feels like the itching is under the skin. I don t see any visible difference on the skin., no redness or lumps.

It can be minor contusion that might developed following a trivial trauma. We have to rule out conditions like nerve impingement also.
