What Does A Painful Bump Between The Buttocks Indicate?

Ok, so about 2 months ago I noticed a bump in between my buttocks. I went to the doctor because it was hurting and would occasionally break open and bleed. He said he thought it was a skin tag and proceeded to remove it. Now I have 5 more just below that(only 1 of which is causing some pain and discomfort ). Is this something I should be concerned about?

hi,
what was the size and consistency of the so called bump?it is very impotant for diagnosis.
if it is small and resembelled a skin tag that means it may be some warts like lesions.

the warts are usally viral in origin and infectious in nature but can be cured with topical medication available for it and also surgically in some condition.
but before starting it, complete investigation(eg. skin biopsy) is advisable to rule out other conditions
