What Does A Painful Cyst In The Vagina?

have a large swollen cyst? on labium majora that is very painful and at least an inch long. not sure how to get it to pop. Is it ok to squeeze it, or just use hot cloth applied to area. How do I know what it is for sure, and will it come back if it has a casing and the casing doesn t come out.

No, you should not squeeze it.
Yes, you can apply warm water pad. No harm in it.
Avoid moisture and perspiration in private parts. Keep proper hygiene of private parts. Drink plenty of fluids orally and keep yourself hydrated.
If swelling worsens in size or pain, better to consult gynecologist and get done clinical examination of swelling.
You may need antibiotics and surgical removal of swelling.
