What Does A Painful Cyst On The Buttocks Indicate?

Hi, I have what I believe is a cyst on the inner part of my bottom on the left side it has been there for long time but Monday evening it became sour and by Wednesday it had become sour and swollen around it and tonight when I took a shower I could not feel the lump anymore but it is completely swollen and painful I am taking 800mg of Ibuprofen and Sulfameth/TMP 800/160MG TB and the Ibuprofen it is not helping much at all the pain I get very little relief. I drive for a living so im on my butt all day 8 to 11 hours a day I was told to take 3 pain pill by mouth when needed but because of the lack of comfort I feel the need to take 2 at a time my bottom hurts in every movement weather standing walking, laying down only on my side and worst of all sitting is it ok to take 2 pain pills at the same time at least during my sleep . I got the prescription from SMC Hospital and I go to see my primary doctor tomorrow. Doc can you give me any advice
