What Does A Painful Growth On The Right Testicle Indicate?

I’ve developed a large growth above my right testicle. It seems to harden after ejaculation and sometimes hinders my urination. Sex drive has suffered as well. Painful to touch as well as pressure sensitive. I had a vasectomy 15 years ago and an operation removing the outer seal on the right testicle when it clogged and expanded like this 11 or more years ago.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It can be epididymal cyst or infective abscess like condition. Physical examination is necessary to reach up to diagnosis in your case. You can post photo so that more comment can be given.

If it is infective condition, then antibiotic course prescribed along with anti-inflammatory drug. Also, consult surgeon for examination.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami
