What Does A Painful Lump Around Anus Indicate?

please could you tell me i have found a lump and its purple white on the outside of my anus sometimes it is painful sometimes it isn t sometimes it feels like its there sometimes not feels like it gets sucked back in so after that well could you please tell me what it could be

Thanks for posting your query.

After going through your description it seems like you are having Infected Haemorrhoids . It requires Antibiotic course and if the infection has resulted in pus formation you may have to get it drained also.

So kindly consult doctor at your earliest convenience. Once your infection is totally cleared you need to get the haemorrhoid surgically removed else it can get infected again.
