What Does A Painful Lump Inside The Left Earlobe Indicate?

i have a painful lump inside my left earlobe. it s been there for almost three months and i have been on two types of antibiotics and i have used fucidin cream for it but the lump is still there and aching. i tried to squeeze it and white string like stuff came out so i was wondering what to do? i ve tried hot compress, sea salt soaks, antibiotics, cream...im not sure what to do

Consult ENT specialist for clinical examination of ear.
Diagnosis can occurs after clinical examination..
Maintain a hygiene.
