Hi, I have a very painful lump on my head that has been there for a couple of weeks, I went to my doctor last Friday and he said he thought it was a sebacious cyst and put me on antibiotics but it is bigger today and very very sore, it does not have any pus in it , what do you think?

Pathologist and Microbiologist, Dr. S. Samanta's Response
not to worry much as this is benign condition like an infected sebaceous cyst now turned into an antibioma due to antibiotics. surgical removal is the only treatment!
if really worries you can go for an FNAC test for confirmation
all the best!
