What Does A Painful Lump On Left Side Of The Chest Indicate?

hi..how are you?

I felt a spongy large area on the upper left side of my chest.

it was there a few years ago, but now it's getting bigger an noticeable

When i apply pressure on it, it hurts a bit.

It looks like a lump..

about 2 inches below my collarbone

This is likely to be a lipoma which is a fatty lump. It is not serious and can be left alone. If it is bothering you, it can be surgically excised.
