What Does A Painful Lump On The Breast Indicate?

My period started on the 10th of this month. Three days before my breast were achy and I found a small lump on my left breast near my chest. I have a dull pain coming from it. Now I have clear milk fluid coming from the same breast. It s a drop every now and then; nothing to drench my shirt. I m worried it may be cancer! What do you think?

Hello and welcome to Healthcamagic.
This is not usual sign of cancer since some other symptoms would be present and it looks to me like typical hormonal imbalance cause by estrogen. However,you can do breast ultrasound to rule out some specific breast lesions.
