What Does A Painful Lump On The Buttocks Indicate?

I have a painful lump that I thought was maybe ringworm or possible contact with fibers from home insulation but now I am worried it is something else . I have had this recurring rash type site ongoing for about 3 months ! It has also spread to around my anus and buttocks should I send a picture
