What Does A Painful Lump On The Left Hand Indicate?

Hi, the top of my left hand has a bulge under the veins. Soft to touch and swells up. Also a smaller cyst like bump appeared on the front of my wrist. It s painful at times. Hand aand fingers are stiff and swollen. I do have bulging discs, stenosis and arthritis. I m 57 years old. I m worried could it be a blood clot?
