What Does A Painful Lump On The Lower Back Indicate?

Hi! I have a small movable lump (like a lymph node) beside my left dimple of venus (away from the spine). It hasn t grown in size since last year but recently, I felt it causes pain when I touch and move it. I also have lower back pain, particularly on the left side. What could this be?

hi...
as per your history...painful lump must be investigated..
first of all have x-ray or USG examination of lump site..
if possible fnac or biopsy examination required.. as it is painful recently...
treatment will decide after all reports..
