What Does A Painful Lump On The Right Testicle Indicate?
4 month ago i felt soft pain in the right testis when i felt small lump in the bottem of testice i go to doctor and i make ultra sound .. i was have varicose and spermatocele.. 1 week before i felt the lump is bigger like small ball and hard without pain .. also i have that soft pain .. may it dangerous im verry worried .. plz help

If there is significant discomfort associated with varicocele, then surgery has to be done. It should remove. On long standing, it can affect fertility and can cause decreased sperm count. Temporary measures are wearing tight undergarments and taking some painkillers.
