What Does A Painful Spot Around The Base Of The Skull Indicate?

Hi, I am finding that I have a spot on the back side of my head ( lower left side at base of skull) that feels bruised when I touch it. I have had no injuries to my head. I do have MS which is effecting the left side of my body. Could this have something to do with it? Thank you.

Hi,

It’s not related to MS and may be due to something else like boils or superficial infection. As of now, you can take analgesics like Acetaminophen or Tramadol for pain relief.

If pain persists, better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
