What Does A Painful Yellow Spot On Big Toe Indicate?

I just found a yellow spot on my left big toe ( not on my nail) and it hurts if you touch it. The pain lasted for some weeks and I don t mind until today. I don t think I need surgery ( infections don t need surgery, right?) I m 12 years old and I bite my toenails. : S * Getting nervous*

That could be a localized pus collection you are seeing because of continuous minor trauma there could be a secondary infection which caused that sort of pus collection which is concealed. You need to take antibiotics and some pain killers for the complaints and yes if it doesn't subside eventually, u need to get incision and drainage done.
