Dermatologist 's  Response
Hi,

It could be a pigmented purpuric dermatosis or an eczema. Eczema should be treated with steroid cream whereas steroids are usually not given for pigmented purpuric dermatosis. So, I recommend you to consult your Dermatologist for arriving at a final diagnosis and for initiating the treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
