What Does A Pimple Above The Vagina Indicate?

Today i noticed a pimple looking sore on the skin above my vagina. I barely brushed it and a bit of puss came out with a lot of blood as well. I have experienced pimples in the area before and have never had this problem. I popped the sore around 5:30 and it is currently 11:35. They sore is still bleeding. I just recently used the restroom and noticed that it was still bleeding. So see if there was more puss i squeezed at it for a good 5 or so minutes. In that time i noticed a solid clump of something almost exit, but i couldnt get it to come out. Over the small glimpse of the thing in question it was gone and the sore proceeded to bleed quite a bit. I am worried about this and am not sure what it is or what to do.
