What Does A Pimple Like Bump On Breast Indicate?

I have a pimple like bump on my breast under my nipple and I squeezed it and a somewhat thick blood mixed with puss substance came out and then a clear liquid came out as well it was very runny also. However the bump is still there..when I touch it it doesn t even hurt...what could it be? A cyst? I have had one before but in a completely different area.
