What Does A Pink Line Under The Waterline Of The Eyes Indicate?

Sunday I had a pink one inch line under my right waterline of my eye. The second day it was raised n I was pale. The third day it itched n had a sting to it, then tiny bump arose, at one point I scratched n they crusted over. The same things happened the next day, but the area widen because of my scratching. It became a oval shape. The fourth day no bumps, no real itching, but it feels weird. Thoughout these days it seems to slowly be improving so my question is should I be seen by a doctor at urgent care? Or should I have go from the go, I didn t cuz their was no visible cut.
