What Does A Pink Rectal Discharge Indicate?

I had a bowel movement about 30 minutes ago. I just went to the bathroom again to urinate and upon wiping noticed pink d/c from the rectal area. When I stood up and looked there was three pink to reddish looking tissue like things in the commode. what could this be?

Hello,

Pink color tissue in stool may be due to food color or additives or consumption of beetroot or water melon.

Pathological conditions like hemorrhoids or fissure or fistulas or colitis may cause blood in stool appear like this. Please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
