What Does A Popping Sensation In The Knee Indicate?
Hi, I just had an ACL reconstruction and have been recovering for a few days. Today however, while my knee was resting someone, trying to help apply a bandage to my knee, bent it pretty quickly and I felt a little pop around the lower kneecap area. I know this could have probably have just been a muscle cramp since it felt like one but I wanted to be sure nothing bad happened. Do knee cramps happen often and would I be able to feel pain or know if something did go wrong, thank you

Popping sensation can happen due to ligaments movement and it usually wouldn't be heard. Maybe he did it little hard so that you could hear or feel it. But there wouldn't be anything happened with such minor injury. So just don't worry and leave it.
